Returns & Exchanges

At Cartridge King, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included, and clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup at your convenience.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange item within 3-5 business days.
